Reviews on Spanish food in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Looking out over the city of St. John's, you may be reminded of a mini San Francisco (minus the cable cars). St. John's provides the ideal balance between nature and nightlife, from the East Coast Trail and its stunning scenery to the colorful entertainment district along George Street. Although it's the largest city in Newfoundland, the vibe is still very small-town. You'll feel welcome in the City of Legends!

An authentic Spanish experience located at Clift's-Baird's Cove, within the heart of Downtown St. John's. Boca, the Spanish word for mouth, encourages you to use our namesake to taste, drink, and smile.
This restaurant is a nice place to go fo a private meal. The entrance takes you down to dim seating area with very Spanish decorations. The staff was very friendly and helpful in describing the wines. You could tell she had a real appreciation for certain ones. We enjoyed a chicken paella. It came with an orange slice to give it another dynamic. The vegetables in the rice were crispy. It was a warm meal and quite filling at the end of our food tour. Definitely a delight for the taste buds.

Went there for a fund raisng event. A lovely spot overlooking George Street. Food was excellent with its parade of h'orderves presentation. Staff were very friendly and professional. Bar service was fast. We had music in the corner and displays by the windows. All set up very professionally for our fund raising event. There is also a function room for special display or gathering. First time at the venue but certainly left with a very good impression. Will go again, not just for its fund raising setting but on a regular evening for sure.
