I'm not a vegetarian, but I just got the Nomad Bowl. It was excellent. It had rice, black beans, plantain, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted corn, roasted spinach, salsa, a vegan aioli, tofu...it was pretty delicious! I got a small, but shared it with my husband. It was enough for both of us. They even had bottled water from Italy.

This one one of my boyfriend's favorite hangouts when he was a student at App State, and he was so excited to show it to me. While the food was mostly the same, he was very disappointed at the "remodel," where they took away the character and left the old divey interior. It's a shame that so much of the artwork is gone. He was also extremely bummed that they replaced the toys for identifying your order with actual table numbers. It lost a lot of the cool quirks that made it unique. However, the food is good, and I guess that's most important.

We ordered the Puerto Nuevo fajitas for two, came with beef, chicken, shrimp, and the tenderest pork I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Service was excellent and the prices were extremely reasonable. If we are ever back in Boone, we will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our recent lunch at Dos. Service here is always excellent. The lunch specials are a great deal. They have very good fresh-made traditional "limonade", horchata and of course, Margaritas. Dinner is great also, but we're usually in the area at lunchtime.

I went with my wife and grandsons for dinner. I ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp and found big black ant in the salad. They immediately replaced it and did not charge me. The quasadia explosion my wife had was just fair. On my last visit they had cleaned the floors with something slippery, but at least they remedied that fault on this visit. I think this will be my last trip to this chain as other locations are only slightly better. This sounds like something we need to look into right away. Any kind of foreign object found in our meals is never okay and we'd like to speak to you about this as soon as possible. Although we're glad our manager was responsive on the spot, we'd like to make it up to you. Would you please reach out to us at 1-800-983-4637. Thank you!
