This place looked great online, so had to check it out. I had the Border Patrol which had Bacon and fried onion strings, it was amazing my wife had the Caprese which was also really good with pesto and balsamic. The also crisp the cheese on the outside of the bread which is really good. Place is busy and small but found a table and food didn't take that long. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the CDA area.Thank you for finding us and giving us a try! The Border Patrol is a fan favorite as well as the Caprese, however the âFRICOâ (fried cheese around the outside of the Sando) always takes the prize as everyoneâs favorite treat. The local deli makes one of the best sandwiches around. I eat here often. Their bread is so good and the sandwiches always taste so fresh. I have several favorites but my favorite favorite is probably the French dip. The way that the bread soaks up the au jus sauce--oh wow. But just when you thought a local deli couldn't get any better... they serve local beer on tap! Wait, what? No, I'm serious, local brew! Oh yeah, that makes it! And just when you thought it couldn't get better-- I'm not making this up-- they have locally made cupcakes for dessert! BAM!Thank you so much for the amazing review! We love the french dip, pairs well with a $2 pint ;)

This restaurant is absolutely superb. Fresh ingredients, great flavor combinations. Just wow! I had the La Caribeña sandwich and my husband had the Carambola Club sandwich. We were both very pleased with our meals. We also shared a salad, I'm afraid I don't remember the name of it, and didn't see it on the menu online but it looked like salsa fresca except it was sweet instead of spicy and had shrimp in it. The salad was unique and very tasty. We would definitely like to go back again and try more of their delicious line-up.

Read the reviews, so had to try it out. We were not disappointed. I got the Thai pizza and adored it! Nice and subtly spicy and the pizza crust was great. Quick and efficient service and good vibes. Would return.

Locally owned restaurant. All bread and pizza dough is made in house daily. Brick fired pizza. Sandwiches, fresh salads, pastas, soups- all made in house. Draft beer and wine. Happy hour 3 to 6 daily.

Came to town for WSU Dad's Weekend. We wanted pizza and went over to Blaze but were disappointed with the beer selection so we found Caruso's up the street on TripAdvisor. What a great decision. First the food. Very cool selections. We had the Motherlode. Super good. Great for 2 hungry people. Handmade, wood fired and so good. We also had a the garden salad which is easily shared with 2-3 people. The beer selection is not huge but really good. Had a Big Juicy from No-Li. Always good with pizza. Second the atmosphere. Big, open and cool design/layout. Very inviting. They have booths if you want an intimate experience and big tables and high tops for a crowd or small group. Much better setting than the one in CDA, which we went to for vacation. My call....best pizza in Spokane. Please open one in Vancouver, WA!
