We had a genuine travel experience and a great time in Bulgaria with “undiscovered Bulgaria” agent. I was very much satisfied with the communication process and the quick and professional feedback received from Mr. Nikolay through the first email. I arranged with him a four days tour around Bulgaria covering multiple attractions in Sofia, Rila Monastery, Kazanlak village, Veliko Tărnovo and Plovdiv. During the trip we’ve been escorted by a professional guide Ms. Diana who speaks English fluently and provided excellent historical information about each place visited while Mr. Nikolay was driving the car and also explaining about the local life, culture and best food in Bulgaria. We were very lucky in our trip and we had wonderful time in Bulgaria and this couldn’t go better without the excellent service from Nikolay who is very passionate man about Bulgaria and knows very well all the hidden beauty of his country, culture and food. Moreover, he is excellent photographer and taught us how to take pictures with different devices and stopped us on best locations to have amazing shots. He also sends us a beautiful collection of photographs via a web link taken by his camera spontaneously for us which turned to be a very nice memory to preserve. Besides this, Nikolay is a generous man and took us to the airport on the way back home without any charge and provided us with couple souvenirs from Bulgaria and introduced us to his friends who were preparing for a dance competition in traditional costumes and we enjoyed having lots of pictures with them. Both Diana and Nikolay were very patient and gave us enough time and space to have our satisfaction from each place. Thank you for the wonderful service and it worth every penny paid without any doubt.
