First of all, I loved that the bike shop is not your mainstream rent-through-app place, but is a cozy small business. I was treated like a friend there rather than a customer. The crew at the bike shop were very friendly and warm, gave me lots of recommendations on what to see in the city and beyond, and the bicycle was very comfortable and cute.
