Nestled on a farm situated between Wilderness & Sedgefield, one will find Oysters R Us. Since having opened to the public in December 2012, Oysters R Us has become a destination stop â not only for Tourists and tour bus groups, but also for the local folk
I was absolutely blown away as I have always driven past and now I finally stopped. From the moment you walk through the entrance you can see that everyone is driven by passion. Great vibe, very clean environment, great presentation of the most succulent oyster and great drinks list. Also some good alternatives for non oyster eaters. Having enjoyed oysters at Moranâs Oyster Cottage in Ireland, I can tell you that this is world class. See you soon, ladies.

Located in the heart of the Wilderness village, we are a multi award winning, Top 10 Restaurant on the Garden Route. Come and relax in a cosy, African inspired atmosphere highlighted by stunning artwork by local artist, Peter Pharoah. Our beautiful garden
We walked by in the day so made a booking for the evening for an inside table. Lovely space inside, great menu and superb wine list. We started with snails (excellent with bacon and feta), then followed with hake and prawns, again excellent. The rose quartz wine from Paarl was fab. Finished with espresso and truffle each. Lovely meal, friendly service, and would go back.

Situated at the Touw's river mouth in the Wilderness, facing west with sea and lagoon views serving island style cuisine. Sunsets on the upper deck with a cocktail, add a whole new dimension to the end of a beautiful day and start of a great evening.
Arriving at 18:00, we were ushered by a dubious-looking character, with missing teeth and rather scruffy clothes, but with a well used yellow jacket on top! We parked and I did not offer any cash! We walked into the premises, saw a lift and took it to the next floor. We were greeted by a pretty young black waitress, who took our order of calamari for my wife and flame broiled pork neck for me.Delicious! I asked for a massive glass of milk and I got one! LovelyIf you are in Wilderness, then try Salinas⦠it is really worth the money! We went a second time, where Marina had a pasta and I had a fish cooked in lemon and butter. So there is your endorsement! Go⦠try it!

Certainly a lot better than my previous visit!Service was much better, and they were full the evening I was there. The food was a lot better as well, but the prawns let them down, as they were tasteless and difficult to peel.Patrick the waiter was very ggod, and friendly
