We went once for dinner and once for lunch. Was really good. Great wine list. Lovely pasta and the anti pasti shouldnât be missed. Great new addition to Fiuggi. And the decor is lovely - very minimalist and tasteful

This is not the easiest restaurant to find, but I had heard so much about it that I persisted. Situated on the bank of the river with its own fish ponds, the river trout is fresh and subtly prepared. There is a decent assortment of wines at reasonable prices. The fish carpaccio delighted all. We sampled each other's pasta and each was content. The tiramisù, more custard than cake, was the best that I had had in some time. We arrived early, before the restaurant had in fact opened. As we sat on the veranda, the staff brought us antipasto and prosecco.

Really friendly, welcoming restaurant, tucked away in beautiful little San Vito Romano. There was no menu, but the owner/chef made sure we had plenty to choose from and recommended us the absolutely fantastic Buffalo Ricotta and Prosciutto crudo. After a few starters we ordered three pizza's, but weren't able to finish them all, as our eyes were bigger than our tummies. The owner/chef provided us with a 'doggy-bag' (pizzabox) for us to take home. The next morning we had an early trek to Pompeii and devoured the pizza in the car and it was still quality! After the meal in the restaurant we were given Limoncello in small cups, which, just like the main crockery, was all hand-made.Plenty of space inside for large groups/families without taking over the whole place and still seating available for smaller groups.
