The restaurant is situated at the foot of one of the slopes. It is very elegant decorated. The food is delicious using fresh ingredients. The grilled beef was juicy and well seasoned. The food is good value for money.The servers were friendly and pleasant. Good to place for either lunch or dinner after a day out skiing. Thank you so much for the nice review. Nice service, nice atmosphere. We loved the tapas for starter (peperoni, eggplant, tomato etcetera) and the desert was heavenly. But then the main course / second course: both the fish and the meat dish were far too greasy, and any fresh ingredients totally absent. We both felt a bit unwell afterwards.Prices are high.Other days in the week we sometimes used their take away and had a very nice meal then, combined with fresh ingredients from the supermarket. Just the tapas would be too heavy for our stomach.

Yes it's very fancy for being a rifugio in the mountains (guess there are people that deplore that mountain cabins aren't what they used to be; my 15-year-old hardcore mountaineering self would probably agree) and yes it's expensive, but ...MY GOSH, THE SEAFOOD!Try the fried calamari with (optonal) glass of cremant, preferably outside on the terrace on a sunny winter/spring day.

Have eaten here twice at weekend lunchtimes, and the service has been poor both times. We were left waiting ages to order and again at every step. Hubbies steak was cold, and my caprese salad decidedly average. The restaurant certainly looks the part, in the surroundings and the presentation of the food. But the food itself was only average, and the terrible service will stop us going again.I feel for the 2 guys who are waiting on tables - they are too few for a busy lunch stop on the ski circuit

We enjoyed some tipical local dishes and the quality was definitely good. It was unexpected due to the location (it's the swimming pool restaurant..) and we were happily surprised. We could see some pizzas on the tables around us and they looked similarly delicious. The prices for the food are cheaper than the ones you can find in several places in the valley. On the other side, beverages are quite expensive. We didn't take wine but you can find a large choice of them. Good and fast service from a kind staff
