Sam's is a favorite of ours. It's Down home cooking with a Cajun twist. They have alarge menu with a great varietyof flavors. Sam's serves chicken, shrimp, fish and oysters with or without Cajun seasoning. You can have your choice of grilled or fried entrees. The sides are all home style cooking. I had the 12 piece fried shrimp and D,C, had the 12 piece grilled shrimp. Both meals were cooked to perfection. Our sides, (red beans and rice, mac and cheese and green beans) were delicious. I counted my shrimp and there were 14 of those big boys and they were delicious and juicy. Their tarter sauce is really Louisiana style remoulade and it's amazingly good, if a little spicy. One of the best items on the menu are the Po' Boy sanwiches with either shrimp, catfish or oysters. Makes you think of New Orleans. No alcohol. takes all major credit cards. Well worth the price.

I was very pleased with this place. Excellent fish and hush puppies. They provide free unsweetened tea if you like that. I would recommended this to family and friends. Very kind staff.

Traveling here on business and this is the only nice clean sit down near the mall! Service staff was really friendly and the food was hot and fresh! This location even has happy hour during the week until 6 pm offering $3.00 drafts! Kari was very friendly!!!
The place just south of them is probably as good, but Ocean's does catfish every day. Personally, I order it without the seasoning because that's how I prefer it, but that's a matter of choice. I also prefer the steaks to the filets, but the point is that you can get your choice here (filets, steaks, or 'nuggets') whereas the other places in this neighborhood serve only filets.
I'll always try the catfish in the Arkansas areas. This restaurant offer a drive thru and the catfish and chicken strips were very good, coleslaw and fried okra were also up there in taste.
