Went for the first time for my daughter in laws birthday. She loves seafood We tried so many appetizers, all which were great that we ended up taking a lot of our main entree home! Everything was fabulous ! We will definitely be back!

After a 45 minute wait in the bar, not too bad though as we were having drinks, we were seated on the patio :) unfortunately, before we were finished with dinner, and before dessert, we were asked to leave... Apparently there is a time limit on the patio? That's silly and very disappointing. I can only think that we were only a party off two and the $ for a larger party at our table would have been better for the business? Perhaps that also explains our server, Shelby's bad attitude. SMH, where died customer service go?

Went out for our Friday night fish fry with 9 people to the Shores. Seated and waited on quickly. However, the waitress (manager) refused to give us separate checks. When it came time to pay she split the checks into each 1/2 of the table but had wrong items on each bill. Plus added on an 18% gratuity. (what if the waitress was terrible?)Tried to ask her again to split it per couple. She refused again. She just wanted us to tell her the total of what each couple wanted to pay.we were pay. When we tried to explain that we can't tell her the total of what we were paying without knowing the prices of each item!We asked for the owner, and she didn't know the individual prices of things either. How ridiculous that they can't split the checks like other restaurants can! The fish was not that good, only came with fries and slaw. Nothing special. No one liked their fish and the german potato salad was awful. Never again, they lost 9 customers plus anyone else they tell about the place. However, the music outside was good. Oh, btw, the fish fry was $15.00. Waterstreet Landing in Lewiston is $8.99 same fish, more selection and more food. Hoovers in Sanborn is $11 and you get fish, fries, coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, bread, your drink AND an ice cream come. Get with it Shores!!

The name of this restaurant says it all. If you go there for a hamburger, you might be disappointed. They are all about fish and itâs preparation. We went there with friends and as the different selections arrived, every one seemed pleased with the quality and taste of the food. Having frequented the Bonefish Grill in Las Vegas where we lived for 14 years, it was great to see that taste and quality remained consistent for this chain here in Buffalo. Their Bang Bang Shrimp seems to be a favorite but you will not be disappointed with their other fish selections.

food was very good perfect, I might add. One staff member continually[4x] opened the exterior door bringing in the 25 degree air.. I visually followed the cold air invader. it was the owner! Either him or the middle aged dish washer is allowed to make drinks.
