Red Lobster

The quality of food is good. It's on par with other Red Lobsters I've eate at. If you decide to just walk in there's almost always a 30+ minute wait. What drives me crazy about this location is the way they manage the place and seating. Every time I'm seated after waiting 30+ minutes, I discover that there are literally 15+ tables open. If they don't have enough servers, hire more. This happens every time I go so it's just not one bad day. I'm not sure if this is a corporate decision or the local manager's decision to falsely make people believe they are packed. I assume they want the "appearance" that it's very popular but I find it poor form to make customers wait outside in the heat when there are 15-20 tables open in the restaurant. Do better.Hi, Alan. Visited this Captain D's only because my mom wanted to go. She has since changed her mind after a recent visit. Our food was lukewarm at best, which is not a good thing for fried fish, and even worse for french fries. There was no flavor and it just tasted bad. I will not make my way to this Captain D's again.

Went to try out a new restaurant. Interesting idea. We were seated and waited 15 minutes. No one asked us for a drink order or I'll be with you shortly. We walked out. There were people but not crowded. It's new but where was a manager? We may try again but we may not.

A good choice when you don't know what you're looking for but you know you don't want to work at cooking/preparing a meal, I enjoy the fact that I can get chicken at least a half-dozen different ways and still have other food as well. Soup, salad, seafood also available. But desserts aren't much to brag about.

If you like fried food, this is your place. Chicken is favorite with fish a close second. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot & drive thru. It is really awful & the franchise owner should be embarrassed.
