This seems to be THE place in Asuncion to have a real Spanish paella and that's what we went for. And Paella we had. It's not the real thing, the rice is not the right one and the seafood was frozen (but hey, what would you expect in this landlocked country?) but the final product was not bad at all and I had two servings. The decor is nice and creative and the service excellent.

well... mixed feelings. The Decor is OK. Just that. And they should take off the huge TV hanging on the wall. The service is fin and professional if a bit slow at times. We had four starters that were not totally bad, but none of them surprised us and there are other Peruvian restaurant in Asunción where you can find better. The main were unquestionably good, particularly the grilled octopus. It's quite expensive for what you get, though.

Colombian fusion cuisine in Asuncion, good seafood Since oysters, lobster, octopus, fish saltwater and freshwater. Game meats
I was with my family in Sin Reservas Bistro, Asunción, where we could enjoy a delicious "Cazuela de Mariscos del Pacifico", with an excellent bottle of champagne. I thorougly enjoyed the gastronomic specialty that we eat and the quality of personalized service provided to guests. The atmosphere is inviting local and reasonable prices because of the great delicacy and presentation of the dishes offered in the menu, so I have no hesitation in recommending it for events and receptions for exquisite palates.
