REFBORG Eatery offers classic dishes with a modern and Nordic twist. Our talented chefs prepare a seasonal culinary experience with ingredients sourced from the local community, organic farms and the surrounding region. It is important to us that the food
I ate a lovely meal here. The food menu was reassuringly simple and most of us had fish as opposed to meat. The prawn and scallops starter was pretty good. I had the salmon main which was really tasty. Service was okI really liked the decor and general feel of the place. It wasnât amazing. But well above average

The food is very good and they serve a today's special every day that is really a good deal. They also have a 3-dish week's special which can be bought as a 1-, 2 or 3-dishes setup. Also very well worth the price. The restaurant is split into several small rooms which gives the place a very homely feeling. Staff is friendly too and takes good care of you. They run their own wine program specialized in Amarone wines, so that might be a reason to come here too.

A tastefully decorated and cosy restaurant with several different sections with each their finesse, -sets the scene for enjoying a well thougt out and prepared menu.Tonight, first we where presented with a complementary appetizer of smoked chicken. A nice surprise. Then we enjoyed an entree of Faroe Island smoked salmon with hand peel shrimp and finely sliced ryebread chips. Very fresh and tastefull. For the main course we had the Tournedos, flambeed by the table, after which the very delicious pepper sauce was prepared on the same pan.A perfect thought out combination of different vegetables, with a combination of a smoked carrot pureé, pickled onions and the tasteful sauce, all made a perfect match.All-In-all a very-very nice total experience. (Thanks to Chef Jimmy for a superb evening)PS: we've had lunch here several time, and the standards are just as high.

Hotel and restaurant about 20 minutes by car from Legoland. The hotel has no charm and the passageways are strange, lobby is in the restaurant just in front of the kitchen. You then have to cross the restaurant to get to the rooms. They are small but properly equiped. No airco so hot when the sun is shining. Half of them have a view of the parking and the road (busy), the other half on a terrace and a playing ground (noisy kids). The restaurant offers is gastronomic, but that is probably according to danish standards. Choice is limited, fish is very fresh, meat is not tender. Portions are more then big. The dining rooms are divided over several rooms, and although it was not busy and we did not make a reservation, we could not get a table within 1 1/2 hour the second evening. We went somewhere else and had better food. Breakfast is in buffet form,, not a a lot of space but ok
