There are not a tremendous amount of choices for food in Sittwe - especially food that won’t make you sick. This restaurant offered a great choice of seafood and veggies. Attentive and friendly staff that spoke enough English to help us order.

Words cannot express how much we loved our meal here!! If you love seafood and are in Sittwe, you MUST go to this restaurant.
We travelled through Myanmar for 4 weeks and this was easily one of our favourite and most memorable meals. We had the fried prawns, crab curry, fish soup and it was to die for. The restaurant itself is very rustic and basic, but it was all a part of its local charm. It was very busy, and attracted many expats and locals alike (which is always a good sign!).
I would strongly recommend this restaurant- get a couple of seafood dishes, order a few bottles of Myanmar beer, and you are guaranteed a good night!

No prices on English menu which isn't unusual in Myanmar. However the price for 2 vegetable soups was outrageous in comparison to other restaurants. Unfortunately we didn't notice the dog sick on the floor before we ordered! Shame as location is right on waterfront.

Resonal price and very good tastes. Nice atmosphere from the riverside of Gisspanady and very near with bay of Bangla. Good tastes of international standard cocktail and mocktail are there.
