The smell and the image is perfect, the all idea is magic but the result could be better. I would prefer to eat the perfect cooked meat not as Sandwich but as warm meat with salad. It seems almost same with Greek Easter's lamb. It worths a try, of course.

Kebapları lezzetlidir. Siirt bıçak kebabı, şiş , yerim ben gittiğimde...
sevenler için ciğer vb. sakatat türü deneyebilirsiniz. Ben sakatat yemediğim için yorumlayamıyorum.

Genelde koyun eti kokuyor diye yemeyenler olur. Buradaki etler yayladan gelen hayvanların eti koku yok, mis gibi ,lokum gibi et. Ben yağlı sinirli et yiyemeyen birisi olarak büryan etinin yağı pişince peynir gibi oluyor yemesi lezzetli.
