Their outdoor patio is great! Go to the lower level part of this huge place and get yourself a table outside. Obvious, beer is the choice of drink in this brewery. The pierogies are also recommended. Great atmosphere!

Highlander is a perfect place to drop by and chill out located just at the heart of Olsztyn old city. Warm, cosy interior, nice selection of whiskey, coctail and beers followed by tasty snacks and coffee makes you eager to stay for a really long time.Try it and you will return as I do during my every visit to Olsztyn.

Monday evening greater us with very nice atmosphere in this friendly, relaxed, casual bar. Friendly service, loveliest bar lady, good selection of beer and apparently whiskey as well. As the matter of fact Tuesdays are the whiskey days.At times they have live music here.

We enjoyed our lunch here ,sitting in the shade watching the world go by down by the beach. I opted for fish which was light and came with French fries and salad. The other half had a burger which was huge and very tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke good English. Slightly more expensive (£15 for two lunches and two soft drinks) but like at home you pay abit more for the setting.
If you are ever to visit Olsztyn, (if you are either lost or terribly misguided), this little gem is a place to put on your itinerary! It looks like a smaller compact version of an Asgardian hall, where all the mighty Vikings go to drink ale from the skulls of their long dead enemies (quote taken from the pub sign sitting next to the entrance...). The two biggest attributes of the place are its location, it is located right under the City's castle so you can drink your ale while glancing at the monuments past through the goggles of medieval nostalgia, and the fact that you can drink your ale from the authentic bison horn hollowed and carved out to hold your golden drink. It is nicely stylized, and staff is very attentive. It is also placed next to the city's Amphitheater so you can enjoy the venues for free as long as you are prepared to sacrifice the visual aspect of it... All in all it was a great fun to visit!!! My mom loved it!
