My company has an office in Zilina, and this is one of the favorite spots for us to meet after work. They have a great assortment of locally and regionally brewed beers, which are visible on their website. Flights and full beers are attractively priced, and there's a nice selection of appetizers (including Slovak string cheese, which I highly recommend) and pizza. Their "Milk It" milk stout is excellent, and I highly recommend the kielbasa as well. Service was efficient and friendly, with menus and wait staff both available in English.

Dominating the square there are 30ish tables, but go inside and there's room for over 10. Food is good. Service very good by enthusiastic people. Lots of Tv's inside.

Boli sme spokojný treba tu prÃsÅ¥ sa napapaÅ¥ vÅ¡etko bez problémov. Milá obsluha, dievÄatá Å¡ikovné. Ceny sú prijateľné. PrÃdeme aj nabudúce.
Guinness Pub has an interesting cosy interior and it is located in the most beautiful part of Marianske square. If the weather is nice and you decide to sit on the terrace you look into big trees and for a while you forget that you are in a big city. All the waiters at the time of our visit there were very friendly, polite and helpful. We ordered beef burger and it was juicy and delicious, fries and sauce excellent, but the wooden plates on which the food was served were disgusting. I had to move my dish to the ceramic plate on which cutlery was brought to be able to enjoy otherwise good food. They should definitely be replaced one or two seasons ago. And this is the reason why I won't come for dinner anymore, but I may come for drink some time.
