Had lunch here with friends. Took forever to get a beer. The bartender was busy on her phone and the waitress walked past us several times before she disappeared. We were ready to walk out when we finally got a drink. Food came out and my order was wrong. When they finally got it right it was good.

It was a special occasion celebration for one of us - party of five. The entire restaurant nearly empty, superbowl Sunday. We waited 30 min to be seated. Understaffed workers were walking in circles,disoriented and chaotic, not even coordinated. They were lucky to have so few customers. Standard Chili's menu.Our order took about 90 minutes to come to the table. My chicken was luke-warm but I decided not to even voice my concerns, there was no point. They also forgot vegetables (broccoli) for 3 of us and finally brought it after we finished our meal.It was actually unacceptable level of service... Sorry to say... And the American system with all that compulsive tipping. We tipped this crew highly not wanting to take our frustrations on our waiter who after all did show up to his job when others probably did not. But it should not be that way; this dining experience did not deserve any tipping truthfully.I usually like Chili's very much.We're sorry to learn about your party's experience at this location. Wait times like what you experienced are not ordinary. We absolutely want our customers to feel attended to and acknowledged during their entire stay, along with receiving food that they will enjoy. My wife and I used to enjoy coming here but we have noticed that our favorite server was not available as she left the company. Every time we have good service we would ask for that server again but this corporation can not keep good help. Food is basic. Noting great. Menu is limited. Take your money and go to Longhorn!

We have been here many, many times. In the dining room, they have special dinner buffets for holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Thanksgiving. This year they are also adding non-holiday themed buffets on selected SundaysThe pub part of the business is usually open on race weekends.
