We stumbled upon this place.....nice atmosphere and busy on a Monday evening. Good choice of beers especially. Food limited to two daily specials and 3-4 other choices. Nicely done, friendly and quite cheap / good value. We spent 35⬠with 2 beers each and 2 courses.

We visited Lorient during the Munster Final looking for a place to watch the match. Padraig, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating. He even supplied us with Eoin, our one Corkman amongst many Kerry people!! Eoin provided the craic, Kerry and Cork the nail biting game and Padraig the venue, taytos and hospitality that only goes with a true Irsh pub. Thanks Padraig. If in Lorient I would strongly recommend a visit. It's an authentic Irish pub with a beautiful beer garden. Eoin told us on Wednesday nights the craic is mighty with traditional music etc.

Very nice and efficient staff. The food was very tasty but I felt that the entrecote, although cooked to my liking, was not of a particularly good cut. Just a personal thing really, so don't let it put you off. We enjoyed our meal and would eat here again.
Succulent.
