we arrived at 615 and it was fairly busy which we expected being the long weekend. We only waited for 10 minutes for our table which was impressive the hostess got us waters right away and we waited for our waitress. After that it all turned to A TERRiBLE EXPERIENCE . We waited at least 10 minutes to get our drink order taken and then another 20 for our waitress to even take our food order. Once our order was taken we did not see our waitress or any other staff at our table for over an hour. We had to go to the hostess table to ask for refills of our waters. Two hours after arriving we still did not have our food or even an explanation as to what was taking so long. This is when we OVERHEARD STAFF telling people who were looking for a table that one of the fryers had crashed!!! Donât get me wrong I know that these things happen and it was out of the staffs control but what makes me the most angry is that in the entire time we were there waiting with a hangry 19 month old, 3 other kids and two adults who were starting to lose their patience and trying their best to keep the baby from screaming etc ( we spent lots of time outside) NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER came to give us an option to order something that would not require a fryer or even explain to us that the fryer had indeed broken down At this point other tables as well as us went up to talk to the staff to see how long it was going to be and the response we got was that they were trying but had no idea as to when it would be ready!Needless to say ourselves and at least 4 other tables walked out.

Ullr the Viking god of snow who would have massive gatherings (PARTYS) to bring his community together. We do low cost quality food, fresh pressed juices for the refreshing cocktails, and the best live music in the valley. We are the best adults only venu
I am just visiting Invermere and went to Ullr with friends. We enjoyed one of the best charcuterie boards last night! Deliciously different! We followed that by the best fried chicken ever! Delicious, crispy and flavourful! Sure to be tagged as a new menu favourite. They also had some great wine choices and a selection of whites and reds. The decor is comfortably finished in barn wood, a large ceiling beam and complimentary accessories. I was told itâs a big difference from the former ultra modern chrome and metal finish. So worth going to and enjoying the full experience. Try it, you will be glad you did!

Cold pints, live music and a classic sports bar menu, the T-Bar & Grill is the best place for laid back après or a late night party. The T-Bar & Grill is the resort's central après venue and the perfect place to tell tales about your day, catch a game, gr
One of those big places with predictable food options, lots of TVs and a pool table. We were there for lunch. They open at noon - exactly and not a minute before. So there were quite a few of us standing around outside the doors because they won't even let you in to sit down til noon. Had the elk burger - it was alright. It was supposed to be on a brioche bun - it wasn't.

Impeccable Dining & Spectacular Views! One of the best kept secrets in the Columbia Valley, we offer rustic Canadian Cuisine delivered with our Service Beyond promise. Tempt your taste buds with one of our signature dishes, coffee braised bison short ribs
Have been coming to Eagle ranch for years. Another bad experience. Over an hour to get the pasta feature and a burger. Calamari was worse than something you buy at the grocery store and cook in your oven at home. The view is always great but the quality sucks and the service was almost as bad. Some years it's been a great experience but sadly not in 2016. David B,Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience here on TripAdvisor. If ALL of our guests do not have a "Service Beyond" experience on every visit then we have failed on our goal. We what to know how we can improve and truly deliver to our guests' expectations.
