Went there with friends this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Didn't try the food, but the service was good and all though the place was crowded we could easily get a table to sit down and talk. The only drawback was the restrooms. They were nasty and too few... Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

A blustery cold wet evening, wandering round Halden in December dark, trying to find a restaurant that served vegetarian food and........ this restaurant popped out at us. It was just what we needed - warm, welcoming, smart casual, and not too expensive.My wife and I both had the vege ravioli in a cream sauce. Delicious. My son had a steak, which was much to his liking. We'd easily go back there again.

By pure accident I came here, as it was a Monday very few other places were open at 18:00. Well that was a fantastic stroke of luck because the food was out of this world, succulent deer with spinach and sautéed potatoes and carrots, delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit here if your in the area.

This is a small pub in Halden, a very special place, and if you enjoy beers or drinks this is a must-do.this is a place you can visit with friends or just by your self - the people here are very nice and often interested in talking to new people.I usually end up sitting on all the tables, one at the time of course, when I go out.

To sit outside in the sun at summertime, having beer and pub-food" is exellent. you can sit outside, looking up at the castle of Halden.Located at Halden harbour, a nice place to be if the weather is ok.the rest of the year this is the "biggest" pub/bar in Halden. I peronally do not like this place during late-time. its noisy and expensive and they often charge you for entering the place, which i find rude and outragious.There are many better places in Halden to visit during the late hours.
