Very nice pub, great service and especially by Reda, who is very friendly and always smiling and gives the best service. Cool shows and entertainment and every night there is a band playing or karaoke night or salsa night so its always entertaining. Highly recommended for a drink, and good music and chilling evening with some fiends.

My husband and I turned up at the Ritz Carlton Hotel looking very hot and bothered, and very touristy. We had a really nice welcome and were treated as though we were dressed in our finest clothes. At the Bar'Oro, we were shown to a seat by the window and had a lovely view of the Nile. Excellent service and a thoroughly pleasant few hours. Would definitely recommendDear dunedintraveller,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your great experience with us. Nile Terrace offers outdoor pleasures under a starlit sky. With the Nile as a backdrop, the scene is set for the ultimate "en plein air" experience whilst enjoying live and late-night entertainment and more.
Fabulous spot above the Nile looking out over the sunset. Being inside the Intercontinental Semiramis with safe clean surroundings. The food and service here is excellent and after several days staying in the hotel, eating in all of the restaurants I can vouch for the salads, fruit and everything else being safe to eat without getting upset stomach (contrary to what some may tell you about salads in Egypt) Dear Mr David,Thank you for your kind review! We truly appreciate your kind words about our staff. It's definitely a boost for us every time we hear positive reviews such as this. We will be sure to let our staff here that they made an impact during your stay. We hope to welcome you back to the hotel soon!

Hard Rock Cafe is a global phenomenon with 185 cafes that are visited by nearly 80 million guests each year. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened on June 14, 1971, in London, England, and from there the brand has expanded to major cities and exotic locations a
CONTEXT I always visit HRC when I can and this was my 13th city to visit. I always eat the same food so it is easy to compare my experiences. FOODUp to standard, very good food, the reason I came here. STAFF/SERVICEThis is where I was disappointed, the waiters weren't very friendly or enthusiastic as they usually are in Hard Rock Cafes. We also waited a decent amount of time to be served even though it seemed to be fairly empty. ATMOSPHERE/LOCATIONThe location is rather bad, apparently they recently re-opened. It is located next to the Citadel but yet it is not walking distance and rather complicated to get to with the traffic in Cairo. It is also next to an empty shopping centre in construction. The atmosphere as a result is not great, they have a huge restaurant but mostly empty which is a shame really. The restaurant is clearly beautiful inside and brand new. CONCLUSION: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULDN'T RETURN as I find it kills the HRC vibe that you find in other cafes.Dear, thank you for taking time to review us and Kindly be informed that we are going to investigate in the waiters issue, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again at Hard Rock Cafe Cairo in the near future!
