I was the first customer through the door at 11am/opening time.. At noon, I still had no food in front of me. When I approached the server because I had to leave for a meeting, she said, "didn't someone just bring your salad?" My answer was "no" and besides that, I had not ordered a salad. Apparently, staff is not trained well and the kitchen is short staffed. This seems to be a common experience when I visit this hotel's eateries.
