Attended a banquet dinner here. No appetizers offered. It was a self serve meal. Two simple salads. Stewed type beef ribs of medium quality. Chicken just average, mashed potatoes too smooth to be from fresh potato, and salmon, again just okay. Salmon wasn't dried out. Dessert was individual pecan pies.

We got there a few minutes before noon. They didnât open until 12:00. There are a few parties before us. We ordered Rueben sandwich, cheese steak sandwich, draft beer pastrami salad and grill cheeses sandwich. Everything came out good as expected. This week is Silicon Valley beer week. There are a few specials on sale.

This is always a safe bet. We eat at a table in the bar area by the windows. Server was good. We had the Tavern Double Cheeseburger. Always good. Decided to try the garlic fries. Never again...way too oily, wet and soggy. The garlic wasn't properly prepared for fries. But everything was good as always. Worth a stop.

Really enjoyed our lunch at Jackâs. Hotdogs were available for the kids. I enjoyed a salmon sandwich that was very good. Seemed to be lots of locals in the restaurant who were regulars - always a good sign.

This was a beautiful bar with great bartenders and service. The bar was renovated on the show Bar Rescue so we decided to check it out with friends while on vacation. The lounge area and patio were great spaces to sit and chat over drinks. Order at the bar from friendly and well dressed bartenders. This was a great stop for after dinner drinks with friends. They also have happy hour Wednesdays - Fridays from 4-9pm.
