Six of us were looking for a place to eat before seeing a concert at Forest Hills Stadium on a Sunday evening, and we didn't plan in advance and make reservations, which the day of was "impossible".We luckily found Banter, as it was an excellent "choice".....we did wait about 35 minutes for a table, which is understandable given the circumstances. Melissa, our server, was very helpful, as well as gregarious, and with the kitchen's help, had our food out promptly, both appetizers and main courses. We ordered off the "Event Menu" - which is a truncated version of things they have on their normal menu. There was enough choices to meet anyone's needs. We ordered the Curry Cheese Fries and they were outstanding; and, we also got the special corned beef eggrolls, which were well liked. The mains were the Guinness and Beef Pie, which was great, and so too the Chicken Pot Pie, though some felt the Guinness dish was better.I had the Banter Signature Salad with Salmon, which was very good (well dressed and salmon cooked well). We all really enjoyed our experience there, and look forward to future visits, going to more concerts and just having a meal....

First time at Cafe Rubio. Saturday night dinner with friends and family. We had a 9. pm dinner reservation. We arrived at 8.50 and were told that our table would be ready soon.We were seated at 9.45. no apology no one cared.Ordered drinks and food and had to wait another 30 min. Wife ordered the tilapia it was so salty that she couldn't eat it. Food was average to poor. Restaurant music from Dj was so loud that the waitress had to scream to confirm our drink and food orders. Poor customer service and food. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend Cafe Rubio.

AMAZING AND DELICIOUS. Consider this place for your next gathering as they have a private room. The food was a tremendous hit. Besides having a large kids menu, the appetizers were spot on (perogin, pretzels,) I Personally had wurst sampler and it made it special to me. I chose the red pepper filled and their brat. They even had homemade desserts.Bathrooms were clean and services was efficient. Negatives. The music was a tad bit loud. But I expect that was because it was December 23rd and the guy kept up with Holiday tunes.

Very good looking place and good service. I was surprised by their spring burger and the delicious sweet potatoes fries. I recommend this place.

I am native Queens Resident, if youâre looking for cultural diversity all in one place then welcome to Queens, New York. Las Margaritas is one of those spots that you wouldn't forget...trust me you wouldn't. This is a place successfully combines several Latin American plates in one menu which by the way gives you a variety to choose from second to none. I highly recommend this place not only for its unique location but also for its delicious food and variety. Well crafted menu and the best cocktails around...try Bandeja Paisa on Monday's, you won't regret it at all. Happy travels all!
