Very family oriented Pizza parlor. Has been around for many years and makes you feel very welcome. Pizza is always very good and reasonably priced. A fine beer selection as every pizza restaurant should have. Plenty of parking on and off site. Favorite pizza place in San Leandro

I get to San Lorenzo once or twice a year to visit family & friends; Fresh Pizza caught my nose on Saturday. We stopped into the grocery in the plaza where Fresh Pizza is located, earlier in the day; Fresh Pizza had their outdoor bbq going and the aroma was good. At dinner time, take-out seemed to be a good idea (eight people ranging from 11 to 78) so I offered to go get food. The skewers of chicken and pork were what attracted me, but the whole menu was interesting. I got an order of Lumpia (a kind of small egg roll but not really) and three different pizzas, along with eight pork skewers (chicken was sold out by then). Everything was good. On the second occasion, three of us went for dinner. My friend had checked with a Filipino friend of his to get a better sense of what to order; we followed the recommendation. Lumpia again, along with Garlic Rice (steamed rice with lots of bits of fried garlic mixed in, there were NO vampires around us that evening!) Chicken Adobo, Sizzling Pork Sisig (a pork knuckle deep fried, with crispy skin and deliciously tender meat) and Boneless Milk Bangus (a flat fish, fried and then deboned and chopped up, mixed with ___; Delicious). There was way more food than the three of us could eat, and it was all quite good. Service was fast and friendly, and on a Monday night, the restaurant was not at all full.
Mediocre pizza, lousy service, disgusting television set to junk TV for the employees. Al in all will not be back any time soon even if it is 200' from my job.
We were hungry after a day of driving around the Bay area. There was nowhere to eat that we felt safe walking to in the vicinity of the Oakland airport hotel where we were staying. The front desk advised us that Marina Pizza Parlor delivers and gave us a menu. The food that we ordered came at the time promised and was delivered to our room. The gyro combo, lasagna, and baked chicken salad were all very tasty and the portions were generous.
