The population was 9,172 at the 2010 census, up from 6,784 at the 2000 census. Rifle is a regional center of the cattle ranching industry located along Interstate 70 and the Colorado River just east of the Roan Plateau, which dominates the western skyline of the town. The town was founded in 1882 by Abram Maxfield, and was incorporated in 1905 along Rifle Creek, near its mouth on the Colorado. The community takes its name from the creek.

Cute, clean restaurant, great service and even better pizza. My husband and I ordered 1/2 Greek Chicken (Alfredo sauce, cheese blend, spinach, zucchini, marinated chicken and feta) and 1/2 wild mushroom (marinara sauce, cheese blend, spinach, crimini, portobello, white mushrooms, garlic and goat cheese). Thin crust; so good. You can build your own or choose one of the traditional or unique blends on the menu. Many other Italian dishes also offered. Cold beer to top it off. Wished weâd ordered a pizza to go for the road trip back home.

Small friendly restaurant that serves a very decent pizza and delicious Mexican fare. The waitress was knowledgeable and let my grandson sample "horchata", which opened his young taste buds to a new culinary world. Portions and prices are very reasonable and the menu selection varied. The "chili relent" was outstanding!

I stopped in only so far for lunch,fairly sure this is a new owner,he told me a little restaurant history from New York Italian experience -This is authentic food!, but this is a rare find really good personal service,the pizza was very good ,if you order get the Italian sausage ,And other toppings were good,The subs looked great and on the menu,there is other Italian main meals! I soon will try dinner.

Not bad if you don't feel like cookin'. Very polite in our area and the delivery times are reasonable too. What do expect from a big chain pizza joint...?

The person helping us was uninterested in answering any questions you had for her. She looked very annoyed that we were even asking any questions. I asked if they had plates and napkins, and she said they don't have any because they are not aloud to have them, I have never been to one were they didn't have plates and napkins. As for the food it was they same as it always has been ok not great.
