Really good food every time , price is very reasonable , staff are fantastic. a good variety of choices with a daily soup special . Well worth trying to find a parking spot for.

Visited Sam's with a group of 10 people. Food was good to very good and the service was pleasing. The server kept all the orders correct and delivered the large portions hot. None of us tried the pizza, but our one local person highly recommended the pizza from previous visits.

We were there recently and the staff looked like they were running off their feet and were very overwhelmed. Its was "Kids eat for free" night .We had no problem getting seated but as soon as we went up to the buffet they were low on everything and we had to wait about 10mins to get the basics and we needed to ask for refills on some items.At one point they had no pizza ready and the line up was getting longer and you can see the frustration with some ppl. We were going up to get stuff that we missed on the first trip up but nothing was ready and when a couple of pizza did come out it went pretty fast. They couldn't keep up with the demand of the customers and kept running out of pizzaI asked the wait staff what was happening and all she said was they had a new cook training and food should be out soon. They only brought out one pizza at a time.Went back to the table and waited but after 15mins we ended up leaving as pizza was still not ready. Yummy food. Had the donair pizza, mighty meat pizza and the donair oven sub...super delicious. The pizza had lots of toppings and a really nice crust. Too bad I don't live in New Glasgow...would eat their every week. Need one in Vancouver!
