The new placement of Fausto,s Italian restaurant has lost its character, the chairs were not comfortable, you stuck to them! The food was lovely and staff were good, but itâs lost itâs character and charm!

Food was lovely fish pizza mmmmmmm. Decent value for money in comparison to the leading pizza restaurants. My only down side would be that the waiting staff were not very attentive and we had to go to the bar and ask for further drinks when it was meant to be table service.

Unfortunately we had broken down while driving through Minehead this day, so we needed some food while waiting by the side of the road. I had called and explained our situation, and was asked several questions to determine our location. Our order was taken - 2 margaritas and 2 bottles of water - and was delivered within 30 mins of the order being placed. It arrived at the side of the road and we sat there and enjoyed our lovely hot pizza. The service was lovely and delivery quick. Pizza was tasty and not a bad deal for the order we made. If needed again, I would return there. Thanks for coming to our rescue in a difficult situation.

We visited Vladi's last month and spent an hour waiting for our food. I ordered a Portobello mushroom and goat's cheese burger which they got wrong twice - firstly serving a very plain veggie burger, similar to a cheap supermarket frozen veggie burger. So that was sent back. Secondly a very similar burger to the first one, except that it had been mashed up with avocado this time. Not a hint of mushroom or goat's cheese. So I spoke to the chef who told me it wasn't supposed to have goat's cheese in, so I had to point out to him that the menu did state Portobello mushroom and goatâs cheese. Their next excuse was that no-one orders that burger! I was also told that 'they are all vegetarian or vegan' as if that meant I should be happy with them. We had pre-paid when we ordered our food so, as my family had already long finished their meals by now, we asked for my meal to be refunded and they took our bank card in order to do so. It wasn't until a couple of days later that we realised they had actually charged us twice instead of refunding my meal â one charge for all four meals, and one charge for three. I had already left a poor TripAdvisor review and when we phoned up (for the 2nd time) to try and get our money back, they requested that we change the review, saying if they refunded us would we change it. At no point was there an apology for any of the issues that occurred. So I removed the original review as they requested in hopes of getting our refund. Having received the refund I have changed the review to still include the original information but also the fact that we were double charged. It is an honest review of a very negative experience.Some people like to make stories and then believe on themselves,just learn to be honest:)
