We've visited this italian a couple of times and the food is always spot on! I normally go with a soup or garlic mushroom as a starter which is always lovely, For a main i got a chicken in peppercorn sauce with a side of chips, my wife went with bread and olives and a chicken in mushroom sauce with a side order of chips the food and atmosphere is great. I had to give this restraunt a 3 star because I didn't like how rudely the manager spoke to one of the young waitresses, when we finished our meal we asked for the dessert board I chosee the tiramisu and my wife chose a sticky pudding both were lovely! When we decided to leave we asked for our bill which was reasonable prices I decided to leave a tip for the young waitress on the table but when she cleared our table she put the tips into this jar which we were told by someone near us that the staff dont get the tips,I wont be leaving tips again! Cleopatra' s has been the choice of take away for myself and family and friends for many years now. The food is always lovely and pizza toppings are generous and consistent with their quality.We are treat like friends when visiting to order and always made to feel welcome.Although a take away and always busy staff are happy to take time to ask how we are and clearly order themselves with making the best pizza in the town.If ever any one asks from outside of Guisborough where to order this is with out doubt the place to go.

Not used this place for a long time but it was lovely. Rang order and automated message said I could get a discount if I ordered on line and sent the link by text.Placed order easily with 10% discount.Order was ready in 15mins could choose to pay by card on line or cash on collection. All ready when I arrived.Pizza was lovely, service was good.They do some great meal deals too.

worst experience in a take away shop. food aside which was average, it was like a youth club while waiting with teensagers constantly swearing and taking about drugs and they wernt waiting for food. All I wanted to do is get out of there but to make things worse my food was wrong and delayed...stay away from this place

I've tried all the take aways in Guisborough. Marcos does the best parmo by a country mile. I drive past other take aways to use Marcos. Also there website is great to use and has 10% off more often then not. Parmo hunters 5 star rating says it all. Well done.
