Reviews on Pizza food in Goslar, Lower Saxony, Germany. History is visible all around Goslar, from well-preserved old houses to the Romanesque imperial palace elevated over the city. Designated a World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO, the ore mine at Rammelsberg has been closed since 1988, but now teaches visitors about the more than 100 years of mining that occurred in the Harz mountains.

Bistro
For decades, the best pizzeria in the Harz mountains. I can highly recommended almost all dishes on their menu. Their salads combined with the unique pizza bread are just excellent. The owners and their staff are super friendly and set high standards in terms of atmosphere and service. Pizza Plaza team - Thank you so much for your consistent great service. Looking forward to return ;)
Where to eat Mediterranean food in Goslar: The Best Restaurants and Bars

We ate 3 times here. While the food wasn't the best Italian we have had, it was very good and the service was excellent. Each time were were greeted like friends and well looked after. There is an English menu which is worth asking for, although the specials are hand written and not in English. The staff manage to translate the specials (with enthusiasm) even though it is difficult as their English isn't great (but better than my German). I would highly recommend it - we went back for our anniversary meal there as it was such a friendly place to eat. Maybe a more formal meal would be a more obvious choice but we were made to feel special each time we visited.

Please, I donât like to write this, but people need to be warned. We were there on 22.4.2019 - 14 persons. Lasagne, first attempt: edges were complete black, cheese was gone there... Lasagne, second attempt: hot outside (cheese), almost frozen inside. I had no meal then. Pizzas from others were very salted. Penne with gorgonzola were tasteless....

We stayed in Goslar durring Easter 2012 and found this restaurant using Tripadvisor, and wants to give it our best reccomendations. This food was good, and the staff was friendly and smiling - specially the waitress has a positive smile which made us feel very welcome. So we went there for tree days straight. The restaurant is not in Goslar center, so you will most likely need to drive by car - it was a 5 minute drive from our hotel in the northern paart of Goslar, and defnetly worth the drive.

I don't consider myself or my husband to be particularly demanding or picky when it comes to dining out with our kids. We choose what we thought would be an average pizza/pasta place. Not expensive and pretty fast servings. We has to wait for half an hour for our food. The pizza was okay, not special but the taste was okay. My husband had a curry and rice dish which looked pretty dull bit taste was okay. By the time we had our dinner we were pretty hungry. I had ordered pasta fusili with broccoli and salmon. However, the dish was served without salmon. They pretended like nothing was wrong and only when we asked, they admitted that they had no fish left. No excuses or signs of them wanting to make up for the bad experience. They offered that we could order something else, but we did not want to wait for another 30 minutes.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Mistakes happen, but the service here was horrible.
