Having walked the streets trying to find somewhere that was even open we stumbled across this little restaurant.It was only just opened so we sat inside and made our selection.I had a salad and my husband ordered a burger.our friends ordered a burger and a fish burger.A small jug of red wine and a couple of beers.Our friends then ordered dessert , a banana split and a creme caramel type dish.The total bill was 66 euros so not expensive at a all.The lady who served us was attentive and helpful and the restaurant was clean although a little lacking in atmosphere.

Les frites n'étaient pas assez cuites et j'ai trouvé la viande vraiment trop salée. Mais les gens sont très gentils et très chaleureux, les locaux sont très propres.

Grosse déception pour cette cafétéria. Manque de propreté sur l'ensemble (plateaux repas non propres / toilettes qui ressemblent plus à des toilettes négligées de ville / assises des chaises tâchées ...). La qualité des produits est très médiocre. Le poisson "plat du jour" était sec et sans goût. Légumes fades sans saveur. Les desserts bien qu'attrayants ne sont pas de bonne qualité non plus : crème caramel avec des grumeaux et trop sucrée. On est très loin de produits faits maison ... L'accueil laisse tout autant à désirer. Le personnel n'est pas serviable et prend de haut (notamment le monsieur plus âgé au service des plats du jour à qui je conseille de changer d'orientation professionnelle). Aucun sourire. Rien de positif sur cette cafétéria vraiment très bas de gamme. A éviter !

Opened by the same family that owns La Cantine, this is the new Place to Eat in Chateau Gontier. In the Bistro fashion it is bright, light and airy. The food is sort of Italian and the salmon lasagne is very good. Vegetarians can be comfortable here and the range of food is sufficient for serveral close visits without a repeat.
