Welcoming tea and cake pit stop during our travels around Dorset and Somerset looking for family history. Particular mention to the many gluten free cake options for my coeliac husband. Used Boss Hogs for the first time tonight, 2 burgers for delivery, 1 whopper and 1 boss hogs both with added deal of chips, can and dip, A1 service from phone order to delivery, both chaps very efficient and friendly, burgers delivered on time and hot, burgers served with small side salad of lettuce, tomato, red onion and coleslaw, a good serving of chips..... We will become regular customers !

Yet again, what is the point of ordering on line for a specific time when they canât get the order ready for you. This place is absolutely shocking, and customer service is appalling. Some serious rockets need to be inserted up the staff of this place.

A trip to the beach was washed out so three of us met here. Lovely decor, and nice and clean.Young, friendly staff served us promptly and efficiently. We all three chose the pie which is delicious and served with big, thick chips and veg with a tasty gravy. Could do with maybe a few more choices on the menu.There's a great vibe here. Busy, even for a Monday night, but a real village feel that isn't seen often nowadays.Thank you so much for your kind review.Very pleased you all enjoyed your pie's. Being 'locals' we eat here quite often and had another excellent meal tonight. The food was delicious. Service from the waiter/waitresses was friendly and food arrived promptly. A buzzy atmosphere with couples and families alike some of whom were dining al fresco. By the time we left just after 7.30, the place was heaving. Best to book during the holiday season.
