Lulworth Outdoors

Lulworth Outdoors deliver a range of great activities within the Lulworth Estate. Our watersport activities are based out of the main Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre which is less than a 5 minute walk to the sea. This close proximity gives us more time on activity and less time faffing between our kitting-up area and the true start of your experience. Archery takes place within the grounds of Lulworth Castle and Park, thereby giving you the opportunity to spend a day exploring our wonderful countryside. As a part of the Lulworth Ranger team we have access to a number of areas that are out of bounds to other corporations. For example, we are the only coasteering company able to operate at Man O' War Bay and Durdle Door, this gives us a great option when the sea conditions are less favourable at our usual location. Our activities include: Coasteering Mountain Biking Archery Bush Craft Orienteering Guided Walks ...plus many other events organised throughout the year. If you are interested in any of our activities then the best next step is either to give us a ring or visit our website. All our pricing is openly available on the website.

South West Coast Path- Lulworth Cove & The Fossil Forest Walk

A 2 mile walk along part of the South West Coast Path from Lulworth Cove to the nearby fossilised forest – highlights of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.

Amazing views from the coastal walk across Lulworth bay and beyond. If you are around the area, do come and visit, because you can make it as long or short as you like. It is an amazing area of the coastline and you will not regret visiting. What I don't understand is people rating this 1 star because of areas of the coastline being affected by rock falls. These are a natural process and so can not be helped. Even if Fossil Forest is closed, there is plenty more to do on the walk, plus this could be for conservation or army training; two perfectly valid things to shut this area temporary off for. Do come and visit this amazing coastal walk. You will not regret it.

Durdle Door & White Nothe Circular Walk

A challenging walk along the South West Coast Path. It is a switchback up and down four hills before returning along a relatively level ridge. It offers great photo opportunities passing some of the geological highlights of the Jurassic Coast. In late Spring and early summer the limestone grassland beside the path is full of rare flowers and clouds of butterflies.

Enjoy the stunning views on your way. You park your car, you get out of the car ... and just BREATHE in the divinity of nature around you ... Aaah !! This place is so serene ... the sound of the waves, the visual play, the clouds, the sun rays penetrating through the clouds ... and then of course the Durdle Door ... a door at the shore leading you into the sea. Must visit.
