Scottsdale has more spas per capita than any other city in the U.S.—so whether you’re looking for the latest medi-spa technology or a new-agey, bohemian vibe, there’s sure to be something for you. It's a good thing, too—after spending all day touring the beautiful desert, you'll be grateful for some pampering.

Myself and two companions were here for a conference and wanted to spend at least one afternoon doing something fun. Walker did not disappoint! He worked with us on our schedule, picked us up and returned us to our hotel. AND we had a fantastic time. The information he provided on our desert tour was fun, interesting, historical and I would love to do it all over again! A Most Excellent Adventure!!!

This spacious 27-hole layout was created by designer Scott Miller and features more than 300 bunkers.
I played the Ironwood and Mesquite courses solo and it was a great experience. I had originally signed up for a golf board but they weren’t fully charged so they offered me a scooter to ride instead of a regular golf cart. It’s like an electric motorcycle with fat tires. It was really fun and made for a nice round on an immaculately maintained course. A little pricey but since I was only in town a short while, worth the splurge.

The Short Course at Mountain Shadows, nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain, offers a scenic layout and a challenging round of golf for players at all skill levels. The course offers 18 holes of par-3 golf, a large practice putting green, a bonus wager hole, and top service levels. After a round, visit Rusty’s for grille fare and brews inside and on the patio. Desert and mountain views throughout the resort set the tone for a stay that’s relaxing yet invigorating.
WOW!!!! What a huge improvement over the last time I played here, great course such a challenge especially for mid and short game practice. The greens were very tough to read but it made each whole challenging towards the end I think I finally got them down. Great customer service throughout the course from the car guy to the staff inside the Pro shop. This is an eighteen hole par three course, the set up will sometimes have you scratching your head but with excitement. They really improve this course since the last time I played there. I was one of the first off with an early tee time which I recommend. Make sure if your booking at the time you asked for a car if you wish to ride. If you want a great challenge this is the course to do it, I played with the local who kindly help guide me through the greens which helped me out a lot. Definitely a place to play if visiting Arizona.

This is a fantastic course, great service, condition of the course, practice area, rangers keep things moving and a good and challenging course but, not super overwhelming. If anyone is in the Scottsdale area, you should try this one out.
