We played at Silkstone as a reciprocal visit, this was the first time we have played here and it certainly won't be too long before we play here again. What a fantastic well manicured golf course with some really great views over the nearby countryside. The course is a good test of golf with greens like lightening and a few bunkers to catch you out if you're not on top of your game. It's a little hilly so if you have trouble with hills I'd get a buggy or give it a miss(your loss) We were made to feel really welcome in the professional shop and by the few members we met on the course. Due to Covid 19 we never used the clubhouse but it looked as good as the course, the practice facilities are also excellent. Thanks to Silkstone GC for making us welcome and a great day of golf.
