The park is set around Martello Tower 'P' A great place to spend an hour or two, this grassy park offers play, picnic and wildlife areas, walking and cycling routes. There is also a water play area (operational in warm weather). The play equipment includes specialist equipment to allow more inclusive play for children of mixed abilities, including wheelchair-accessible apparatus. Toilets with 'Changing Places' facilities. Two kiosks provide a range of refreshments to enjoy.

Landguard Nature Reserve is a centrla point of a sandy beach for sunbathing and swimming in the summer, somewhere to enjoy the local or passing wildlife and a great place ot enjoy a walk and escape the rat race. What makes this place os amazing is that you are within viewing point of the Port of Felixstowe all of the time, and yet it does not detract from the experience - in fact it probably adds to the experience
