The geographical heart of England, Birmingham started life as a sixth- century Anglo-Saxon village. Today, much of this city of over a million dates back to post-WWII redevelopment in the 1950s and 60s. Cutting edge museums and galleries, innovative theaters and excellent shopping have contributed to Birmingham's appeal as a weekend break destination. Don't miss the hopping bars and cafes of Gas Street Basin or the fascinating creatures at the National Sea Life Centre.

Fantastic little hidden gem of Birmingham; Charming interior and aesthetics. Friendly staff and good service is assured. Watching a movie in one of the sofas with table service for food and drinks a text message away is always a great experience. The cinema often shows classics alongside the latest releases and occasionally puts on live acts- for the size of the establishment, they have explored every avenue of providing a great cinema experience and it shows as soon as you arrive. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Everyman Mailbox is nestled in the centre of Birmingham's premier shopping and lifestyle destination; The Mailbox. The Cinema boasts its own personality; featuring three bespoke screens, uniquely designed with the highest picture quality and the latest in digital projection. Each screen has Everymans trademark sofa seating and armchairs.
I know it's a little bit more expensive that other cinemas, but I've been here 4 times now and have found it well worth the extra few quid! Clean and very comfortable. Good screen Sound system (screen 3) is outstanding - best I've ever heard. Gentle reminder from staff as the film starts - everyone shut up and turn your phones off! WAY better than the noisy, filthy, smelly, over-hyped Electric Cinema!!!
