I have eaten there several times and the food never disappoints. Georgian style food including interesting salads, kebabs on skewers, stews etc. Meat on the first floor and during the day Cheese bread (Khachapuri) downstairs. Restaurant is kosher so it is closed on the Sabbath and they fill up so make reservations.

Great, messy, tasty falafel pitas and more. They always seem to have a nice crowd of regulars. And despite the hole in the wall look, they have a grade "A" and even a decent website with online ordering.

I have been here several times and the food is always very fresh and full of flavor. The staff is very friendly and attentive especially the owner Annie who always seems to be present, greeting diners and talking to the guests. If you arenât sure what to get just ask her for recommendations. I donât think Iâve ever had anything I didnât like from this place. The only thing I would like that they donât have is specials. The menus is great but small and stays the same. Some specials that change weekly orMonthly would be nice for a change of pace.Definitely will be going back and recommending this place to friends.

Stix Kosher Restaurant in Queens promises an exotic escape with every meal, filled with fresh flavors from the Middle East and beyond. From mouth-watering kebabs, unique salads and steaming soups, to our famous pilaf and samasas, you'll leave full and sat
Went there last night after Shabbat. The Restaurant has obviously recently been updated and was a find!.The Israeli salad was fresh and very large. The Babaganoush was excellent- smoky flavor and creamy. The Samsa - a meat stufffed pastry was excellent as were the main dishes.\This lamb chops, chicken skewers, lamb kabobs were great. They had home made bread- ithink it was a Bukharan type with sesame seeds. The waitress gave us a complimentary desert cake. This is a Bukhara-Uzbekistan inspired restaurant. All 4 of us had a wonderful mel that was reasonably priced and are already planning a return.Go there and ENJOY!

been meaning to try this place again after several years, and finally made it. We remembered our original Impressions were good when we first visited. While the bread was tasty again, freshly based with a nice dipping sauce, the rest of the food was uninspiring. While my wife thought are fish dishes were Bland, I would just say that they could have used some additional herbs and spices. This time we tried the sea trout and the flounder. The waiter to his credit warned us that the flounder would not be very meaty and that was quite true. The sea trout was the better of the two dishes. Service was otherwise quite good.
