We really love this place when we visit. Like the combo plates so we can have their wonderful rice and chargrilled tomatoes with each persons choice of kabobs. (I like Kabob-E Chenjeh (tenderloin)s and we always order extra pita and Must-o Keyar sauce for dipping. Of course the Moby's Gyro is a great sandwich. We order online so the order is awaiting us since calling can be quite an experience when they are busy, which is most times.

Mythos is an experience. The owner is a bit forward but elevates a meal into a memorable experience. She is direct, full of stories and spit on with food and wine recommendations. Stuffed grape leaves and lightly fried calamari with jalapeño dipping sauce left my wife and I wanting more, but very full and glad we decided to split a gyro with Greek potatoes and simple Greek side salad did not disappoint. We savored the meal with a glass of red wine that was a cross between a merlot and Cabernet. The grand finale was a lemon custard between filo dough with spanakopita to go.What a great meal and we look forward to visiting again during our next visit.

I'm not Iranian but Iranian food is just one of my favorites. I do have a wonderful, kind, and sweet Iranian brother-in-law who always serves Iranian food at their house. Their parties are always catered by Iranian restaurants but it must be halal. So I am pretty good with how Iranian food should taste like.So last Thursday, I got a text from my sister that she bought salmon from Caspian House of Kabob at Germantown. I'm NOT really fond of salmon BUT when I got home and ate it for dinner, it was a WOW! Wow for freshness! Wow for cooking it just right and not overcooked. Wow for not being dry. I think you get the picture. IF you can only TASTE it, you'd say it with me too. Then Friday came and I went to see my doctor regarding some low back pain. My prescription was to exercise my back. I also found out that omega three is good for arthritis so I'm thinking of buying the salmon at Caspian this Thursday. I'd rather eat than drink my omega three! The rice had dill, parsley and cilantro. Dill has unique health benefits. It's an anti-bacterial spice and a flavorful way to help prevent bone loss because it is a very good source of calcium. Must I still add dietary fiber, iron, and magnesium? Parsley and cilantro are an excellent source of vitamin A. I's a powerhouse like vitamin B-9 and vitamin K. Go ahead and do your research every time you eat.For now, I think that's enough sharing on the health benefits. I looked at their menu and saw something I like. Lamb shanks on Fridays. My choices are expanding. I've already emailed my officemates about Caspian and they will check it out. Go ahead. Try something new if you haven't gone there yet.

Had not been in a while so we said why not? I had the shish kabob. The meat was very tender with great flavor and the rice was perfect. The bread was fresh and chewy with a great sauce to dip it in. Highly recommend.

One of the most reasonable places to eat. Prices are very reasonable with excellent quality of food. The Kabab Kubideh is very well done amongst many other dishes. Nice friendly atmosphere as long as you are looking for reasonable priced food. Staff are very friendly.
