TEX MEX style dining. Large dining area, well located on the main highway, plenty of parking. The menu has the regular Tex Mex dishes available. I tried the fajita nachos and bean dip. The food was good and the service was good. The cheese sauce was good and their was a crumbled cheese toping that was unique in flavor (I wonder if it was goat cheese?) really delightfully surprised. I would recommend this restaurant for those who like Tex Mex style dining.

The menu offered many typical Mexican restaurant items. The service was good. I really enjoyed the salsa offered with the chips. So many times the salsa is average at best but the salsa was uniquely good at Cotija's.
What to do and see in Malvern, United States: The Best Places and Tips
I have been hearing about this place from co-workers, so I decided to try it out. They moved to Page streeet now. Don't let the food wagon scare you, this is some of the best mexican food around! I ordered the signature burrito, and Debbie asked me to try her dip. It is called mexican corn dip, and my wife and I are hooked! I got that as well. The burrito weighs about 5 pounds! I could only eat half. I took the dip home to my wife. She enjoyed it so much she drove into town the next day for some more. Today i had the Train Wreck, and it was wonderful. You need to try this place out.

We stopped in while traveling through the area for dinner. They have a good variety of Tex-Mex foods plus ribs and catfish and American food favorites. I had the lemon-pepper catfish with a salad, pinto beans and fried okra and it all was fantastic. My husband had the baby back ribs, salad, pinto beans and onion rings. The ribs were meaty and so tender that the meat fell away from the bones. Our server was friendly and efficient. She kept checking to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place!

The food is typical Taco Bell but the drive thru is the slowest I've ever encountered. Went thru after the dining room was closed. Spent over 25 minutes in line. 20 was after I had placed my order. Staff is friendly but avoid the Drive Thru.
