The food was so good the first night we were in Levelland, we decided to go back the next night. The staff is friendly and very willing to make substitutions. The portions were generous and the food was divine. I could eat here every night.

My little family loves to eat here. They have from the smallest appetite to the biggest. I can always get something else if I'm not liking my usual but that hardly ever happens. Their pricing is really good and fairly cheap

The food is awesome.. Taste like my grandmas cooking.. They make everything from scratch and you can tell.. It's very busy on the weekends, but if you don't wait in the line outside and go inside its a little faster but worth the wait!!!

So last Sunday, we found ourselves in Levelland, and when we travel, we try to eat at home owned places. If nothing else, stop in and visit with Lucy and Johnny. These chefs/owners gave us a chance to get to know them while we ate their home made food. Chili cheese dog and fresh cut fries ... with home made chili. Home breaded chicken tenders. It was wonderful .. and Texas friendly, all wrapped up in one little restaurant!!! We're already planning a trip back because I want to try their breakfast ... did I say home made!!!

There aren't many choices for eating out in Levelland, TX and restaurants get pretty busy when there are events going on in town. I was looking for a place to take a large group where we could sit down, relax, and enjoy some good food without a long wait and chaos. We decided to try this place and it was a great decision. It's on a side street off of the main road in Levelland and the restaurant isn't in the best shape, but it was clean at least. We had two waiters and they were very quick with our drink and food orders and didn't get confused with the large group, which impressed me. There was lots to choose from on their menu and it was all authentic mexican food. I was craving menudo but they were out that night, so I tried something different. I had shrimp with grilled veggies, rice, and beans. They gave me a ton of shrimp and the seasoning was amazing. My husband kept bragging that his fajitas were the best he had ever had. And the salsa was to die for. The chips weren't the best, but the salsa was so addicting. I think I ate 3 bowls of it. My food was so good, I couldn't stop eating. I noticed that everyone else really enjoyed their food also. All of the meals looked really good. I plan on coming back to this place. Hopefully I'll get some menudo next time.
