Food was good as usual but they no longer take coupons. I hate to complain over a $5 coupon but I like to save when I can and since we spent almost $50 and left a $10 tip it surprised me when they refused it at the register. We wonât be dining here anymore based on the attitude of the cashier

We were in town visiting so this was our first time here. We ordered chips and guacamole. We really enjoyed it and the chips had some seasoning on them which we really liked. We were happy with the different guacamole selections. I then tried to order a beer. The waitress came back to say they didnât have it. So I chose another. The waitress then came back to tell me they didnât have that either. So I picked a third and got the same story, but based on the beers I was choosing the bartender just gave me a beer free of charge that she thought I would like since they were out of what I was choosing off the menu. I did like the beer that I was given tho, so no complaints there. Just strange how short the beer supply was. We also ordered the Nashville hot chicken taco and the Great Lakes beer battered walleye taco. The Nashville chicken taco seemed surprisingly bland. We also got the Cubano and we liked it. So overall the restaurant seems hit or miss. I would still give it another try tho. Service was also a bit slow but our waitress was as accommodating as she could be.

We had a very nice lunch at El Rancho. While it is not fancy gourmet Mexican, we had tasty chicken quesadillas, a delicious beef and bean burrito and tacos. The portions were big , the price very reasonable. Good friendly service. Great option if you're in the area.

We went for dinner on a busy Friday night. The staff were friendly and their menu offered a variety of dishes and long list of margarita flavors. The chips and salsa were ok but could have been fresher. Our party was happy with our entrees which were prepared exactly to order.
I'm a Chipotle fan, so it was a real disappointment to see the poor level of customer service offered at this particular location. When we walked in, there was only one patron ahead of us, who was at the counter where they were finishing preparing his order. The server seemed to be having some difficulty understanding what he wanted, as it took almost five minutes for them to complete what they were doing and ring the person out, and the order was over half completed when we walked up. We had never been to this particular location before. There were no signs or other indications that we should stand anywhere other than behind the only person in the line - so that is where we were waiting. The server looked up at us multiple times while finishing the man's order, and also never indicated that we were not standing in the correct place. As he finished the transaction, a group of several kids came in and trooped over to the far end of the counter. The man turned and began serving them, without acknowledging our presence at all. I attracted his attention and reminded him that we had been waiting for about 5 minutes, and he just looked confused (well, he looked high, actually) and waved vaguely at the other people like he was helpless to do anything. Had he simply indicated to us that we were not, in fact, standing in the right place, I would have happily just moved down to the other end of the counter. Had he said, "Oh, you're on the wrong side, actually, but I can help you," I would have been fine. But by simply dismissing it and starting to wait on the other people, he lost a customer. We left and went to another Chipotle a few miles away, where I'm happy to say we were served promptly and courteously.
