Things to do in Alvarado
Great food. Low prices. Located next to Shell at exit 24 I35W. Featuring Street Tacos with a homemade salsa bar; Grilled Chicken dinner; Tortas; Fajitas; Angus Burgers with fries and so much more!!!
Exit I35 before the Alvarado exit going north and itâs right there in the gas station. (Shell?) The Long John Silvers sign is still up but John is gone. This is about really good dishes, not about the place. Itâs clean but sort of a dive. But the food. Oh my! Fresh cooked, generous portions and flavorful. The fajitas were outstanding with fresh made tortillas. Mama couldnât do better. Close your eyes and give it a try. Weâll be back. Thank you! We are looking forward to your next visit!!Jeannie

I always enjoy going here. It's got a lot of small town, Johnson county character. Nothing fancy, but friendly people and good food. Good specials daily, comfort food, Mexican food and Italian as well. Great chicken fried steak or burgers as well. Excellent service.

We had the fajitas which were fantastic! Free beer or margaritas with a $5.00 meal. Noon lunch is $5.00, wow how reasonable, the portions are huge! It's authentic Mexican food don't be scared of the looks of the building! Staff was friendly! I would give it a try!
Find your nearby Taco Bell at 1130 Highway 67 West in Alvarado. We're serving all your favorite menu items, from classic burritos and tacos, to new favorites like the $5 Double Stacked Tacos Box, Crunchwrap Supreme, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme.
About average for fast food, but very convenient to our hotel. Better than some Taco Bell's I've been to.
