Booked this restaurant for a special treat (our second visit the first was a lovely Sunday lunch) and was delighted by the standard and quality of food and service provided by the team at Latimers. Witty banter by the waitress and tasty food is a winner for us. We will be back!

We really visited without booking one Saturday lunch time . We all really enjoyed the meal we chose and there was something for everyoneâs dietary requirements! They catered well for children. We did have a voucher so we felt it was exceptional for what we paid and will return.

Went for a meal last night on our anniversary. We have been going to D'arcys for years and have always had superb food and outstanding service - the waiting staff are a credit to the establishment; attentive but not intrusive.Last night, though, the food went to another level. I had smoked haddock in a parmesan crust off the specials menu and it was simply amazing! By far the best smoked haddock I have ever tasted.There is a reason this place is nearly always full....it is brilliant at everything! Thank you.

We had a meal here mid week. We arrived, and the restaurant was empty, silent and cold. There was no music, and no atmosphere. The staff served us promptly, however they weren't very friendly about it. We weren't sure what to expect for the food, and were expecting menus to order from. However, they started bringing out the Meze. The food was great. Really yummy, and plenty of it. My favourite was the pitta bread and dips, and the baklava. All the main meals contained meat, and I'm not sure if there were vegetarian/vegan options available.I had an enjoyable night, and would recommend it to others.

Ordered a 'Friends Sharing Platter' with an extra cold meze , the Platter was described for 2-3 persons. The food arrived 40mins later, hot and very freshly cooked/prepared. The mixture of food and the amount was more than expected, which certainly fed the three of us and left some for later....All the food was tasty, filling and very enjoyable from the first mouthful till all of us were totally full up and just couldn't eat anymore. I would recommend this takeaway as an excellent alternative to the normal takeaway choice and now need to eat at their restaurant as the next option.
