FEAST LIKE THE KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE The ambiance conjures up the sumptuous feasts of knights of medieval legend. With cast-iron frying pans, ladles and tankards suspended from the ceiling, big lit candles in massive candelabra on solid wood tables f
We had the buffet dinner here one night (made reservation, it's necessary). Nice atmosphere. We liked the selection of appetizers, quality was good. The main/side courses were decent although nothing stood out. The meat sticks which were brought to the table were very good, we had the roast beef and chicken. Our experience with the desserts was mixed: some were decent, some were like rubbery pudding.Service: our server was friendly and did well generally but was sometimes hard to find.At 33,50 Euro per adult - excluding drinks e.g. 6,50 Euro for a bottle of water - it's more than I would like to pay for this quality overall (but we've been spoiled by better buffets elsewhere for similar prices). However, this is probably one of the best restaurants in the hotel area.

HOT AND COLD GOURMET BUFFET ALL'ITALIANA ANTICA At the "Antica Roma", you can feast like a denizen of ancient Rome: between the pillars of this elegant vaulted cellar, with drawings of heroic chariot races on the walls and a fire crackling in the stone fi
we came for dinner and it was a beautiful, warm, summer evening. Of course we wanted to sit outside. At the entrance we were informed they would bring us to a table. As we realized they were bringing us to the most remote corner of the restaurant, we stopped and asked for the tables outside. The answer was: 'its full and no reservations possible'. As I could see empty tables outside, and was just told reservation was not possible, I got suspect and went myself to check on a table for us; we sit in a nice table, the one we wanted but we had to hear the staff's complains about my 'bad behavior' .... To punish us (or because of their incompetence?) we had to wait hours to order our drinks and more hours to get it (until I offer the waiter some help, i would go and get my vine myself, as he was so busy cleaning up tables....)I tried to talk to the manager, the staff telling me first that another waiter was the manager, he tried to fool me (!!). I never in my life encountered such a disgusting service. The food is average, you can't see the show from there because of the many people standing in front of you. Only a few changes in the organization of stage would make the show easily visible for everyone. But it seems also complex for the staff of this nice, but badly organized place.

That's the best place to eat after a day in Europa Park. We've been around but that's probably the best place in Rust. The food was delicious, we had pasta and pizza and I want to say that for me the pizza was better than in Rome or Firenze and we had some :) The staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. We travel with our kids of 13 and 7 years old and they also share our opinion about Ristorante Garibaldi. We had a great time and we would certainly come again.

Visited this restaurant last week on a family trip to Rust, it was literally less than 100 metres from our hotel.Rest of family had pizza and said they were ok, I had a lasagne which was homemade and tastey. Only issue we had was the 30 minute wait but I have to say, the meal was worth waiting for.The ice creams were very nice although I had a vanilla milkshake which was basically like milk with a hint of vanilla !! Not great.Dear Guest,Many thanks for the feedback. We are glad that you liked it with us.We are sorry that the milkshake and the waiting time of 30 minutes did not fully meet your expectations.

A QUAINT RESTAURANT WITH PLENTY OF ATMOSPHERE AND SPANISH DELICACIES Who was Don Quixote? That's right, the "sad-faced knight". Attended by his skinny old horse Rosinante and his sidekick squire Sancho Panza, he fought windmills he mistook for ferocious g
Itâs Buffet now only for lunch but still my favorite for fresh food. Kids have plenty of choices and the show is right next door with the jousting and conquistador battles on horses. A must see.
