Wanted to try something different and was not disappointed! Ordered a guacamole platter with plantains and truly freshly prepared chips. Loved the beef Arepa and black beans. Sangria was made with fresh fruit and most importantly, the staff was friendly and welcoming in a relaxed manner. We will definitely return for more awesome Columbian food!

Momocho serves award winning modern mexican cuisine / located in the historic ohio city neighborhood / dinner 6 nights a week + weekday happy hour from 5pm-630pm / seasonal outdoor patios / reservations accepted for parties of 6 or less / viva momocho!
My husband and I were staying close by and our airbnb host recommended Momocho for happy hour. Unfortunately we weren't able to make it there during their happy hour but we did make it for some margaritas afterwards. Absolutely amazing! The place is small, but packs in a bunch of tables. Although we didn't eat there, the food smelled and looked delicious.

i have always heard that Luchitas was a good Mexican restaurant in Cleveland but I have never been there until this past w/e. It's a small bar / restaurant. They take reservations and I can see that the place can fill quickly. However the night we were there we had no issue with seating. To start we ordered a pitcher of their Sangria. It was very good. Not overly sweet with a nice fruity flavor. The Chips and salsa were average nothing special. I ordered the Burro De Tabasco. A burrito filled with steak, white rice, black beans, cactus, potatoes, Chile chipolte, Chile ancho, salsa tomatilo. It was very good. I am not sure about the addition of potato. I don't think the added anything but they were not bad either. Just different. The rest of my party all enjoyed what they ate. Overall a cozy place for good Mexican food at a reasonable price.

The food is consistently great here, service superb, ambiance just great.....love the happy hour tacos..such a great deal. They have recently redone the menu, and I wish there were more vegetarian items on it, maybe I could ask, but everything is really, really yummy. All so fresh, the bar is a great place to sit and the bartenders are so friendly. They have the balloon guy there on Tuesday nights I think and kids can eat for free. I especially love eating on the patio in the warm weather.....just a great neighborhood place to go and you'll not be disappointed!
Authentic taco experience. The shells tasted home-made fresh baked! Just like being in Mexico. The ladies are preparing everything there. Store is very clean with interesting items. The bakery looked amazing but I did not try. Breads and huge pastries of many different types. This place is like being in Mexico! (Having been to Mexico!)
