The best Korean restaurant in town serving authentic Korean cuisines with the best service in a good ambience
We recently this restaurant again. I ordered a bulgogi dish. All bulgogi dishes out of stock. Ok, we'd like some kimchi for takeout. Out of stock. So we told the waitress, "Since you're out of stock, we're out of here." There are (at least) two other Korean restaurants in Dumaguete, so alternative if you want to eat Korean food. We tried the one, Fish 153 near Siliman, and had a fine meal, plus Kimcji takeout. Give it a try.

We had ramen. Ramen are homemade but overcooked and too thin (the flat ones). The broth doesnât really taste much, not enough salty... service is nice and the meat in the ramen is delicious. Iâd not go back..

We walked out of Soban after getting enough of "out of stock." We went to Fish 153 to buy some Korean products from its store. On entering, we found out it was a restaurant as well. Several Korean couples and groups here eating decided us to give it a try despite its modest decor. We were glad we did. My beef bulgogi was first rate and my wife lived their "best sell" spicy dish. Give it a try. Half a block from Siliman. Kimchi is sold for takeout by the kilo. Just fine.
It is a perfect place to unwind, drink coffee/beer, eat delicious meals/snacks, and play ping-pong and many other games.
Went there to grab a beer and play pool. Thought I was a tad strange setup in there, but we wanted a game! Asked if we could play if we had a beer so we brought a expensive beer then went to play only to be told it was 50 peso extra for half an hour on the worst pool table ever. Sorry, but no.
