But it's also a place to relax with your friends and loved ones during the weekend afternoon's, tasting wine and food at our Tapas and cocktail bar called "Breyner Food & Friends" where you can always enjoy a delicious brunch, from 12am to 04pm! There's also a professional Recording Studio in the building, and several rehearsal rooms, fully equipped, for bands and solo musicians to practice! The building itself dates from 1906 and it's a rare gem in the city, with a lovely garden, where you can be and relax at peace, almost forgetting you are at the very heart of town!
