Finding a good sushi place is not an easy thing. Haiku has a very good mix of standard offerings and nice tasty special roles. Nothing to complain about the service and the food is of very good quality. Can recommend the place for a nice meal.

For years, we had been regular luncheon guests at the Fujinoya Restaurant. The quality of the Japanese cuisine was always excellent. Being a Japanese family operated restaurant, the menu and food maintain the same. Only one advise, do prepare to be at the restaurant before 12:00 if you want to secure a table. No reservation is accepted.

This restaurant feels like a hidden gem in Hartsdale. You walk in, right past the chef preparing the sushi and are seated. Service is good, place always has people in it. I love the bento box meals personally, they give you a little of everything.
This restaurant is ideal for a light lunch. Fresh sushi or cooked food. Drinks are great too. Lunch specials are ideal
Weâre invited to this place one early evening. We called for early reservation but weâre late getting there from NYC. But when we got there theyâre not busy and they had the table ready for us. Itâs located in a strip mall with s good sized parking space on the front. We had a team of servers. Each and every one was helpful and patient as we were not sure what to get. Their menu was expansive. We ordered some salads: House special duck, yellow tail, and seaweed; and sushi for our appetizer with wasabi and pickled ginger on the sides, and bowls of noodles soup. We also tried their Kumo seafood curry dish.As expected of a Japanese restaurant their food presentation is really interesting. Everything was delicious at a reasonable price and good portions. The service was timely. They have a wine bar near the entrance. And on the other side of it is a sushi bar. They have scented candles on the way to the bathroom.
